At Seven Stars, our specific strategy is built to capitalise on this market, focusing exclusively on precedent-led claims, creating a predictable cash flow and investment model, built on lending on a full recourse basis to regulated law firms.

We predominantly target investments in precedent-based legal claims or claims under Government compensation schemes or Acts.

We lend to regulated law firms, or to regulated marketing companies helping such law firms to acquire cases.

We only fund cases against liquid entities, such as banks and housing authorities, or Government compensation schemes like the FSCS.

We follow a comprehensive due diligence process to minimise risk, control costs, and ensure profitable returns for our investors.

We establish minimum claim values for each case type to ensure sufficient capital cover and set fixed funding amounts per claim.

ATE insurance must be in place for all cases where a risk of costs or adverse costs exists.
